If you know how to install an ISO to Virtualbox, it should be straight forward. The only problem that occurs is that the graphics is garbled and you cannot see anything. To solve this, you must go to terminal:
Host key (which is for me is the right Ctrl key) + F1.
Then,
Type in prompt $ init 5
This will open and run the desktop manager. By then, you will see the desktop. From there, install the distro as usual.
