How To Run Applications With Administrative Permissions At Start Up

1.System->Preferences->Sessions.
2.Click Add. Browse the application you want to run at start-up, or the command.
3.Add 'gksu' at the beginning of the line not 'sudo'.
4.Click Save. That's it!
